We are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent with a passion for commercial construction to join our team in our XXXX regional office. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Superintendent in delivering successful projects through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost control, collaboration with project stakeholders, and superior customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a desire for growth, long-term thinking, relationship building skills, and a growing familiarity with the construction industry.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Superintendent in delivering successful projects through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost control, collaboration with project stakeholders, and superior customer service.
What You Will Do:- Support Zero-Injury Program
- Site and building layout
- Support built-in quality construction process
- Understand drawings and specifications
- Support day to day supervision and coordination of construction activities
- Expedite building component & materials to maintain schedule
- Help develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
- 1-3 years of construction experience required (including internships and co-ops)
- Advanced training in construction management preferred
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled with technology
- Ability to work non-traditional hours
