What you’ll be doing :- Leading field operations on heavy industrial demolition jobs
- Managing crews, equipment, and subcontractors
- Driving safety, productivity, and job performance
- Traveling to projects across the Southeast
- Proven experience as a supervisor / superintendent / foreman
- Background in industrial demolition
- Comfortable with travel and fast-paced job transitions
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
