We're working with a leading commercial plumbing contractor that has built an outstanding reputation across the Carolinas for delivering high-quality plumbing systems on commercial construction projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their Charlotte-area team.

Responsibilities- Manage multiple commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking and financial performance.
- Review plumbing drawings, specifications and contract documents.
- Coordinate procurement of plumbing materials, equipment and subcontractors.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, vendors and field teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and project performance.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager with a commercial plumbing contractor.
- Proven experience delivering commercial plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications and construction documents.
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, procurement and change orders.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Stable work history with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial plumbing projects.
- Up to $110,000 DOE.
