Project Manager - Commercial Plumbing

Up to $110,000 DOE + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

We're working with a leading commercial plumbing contractor that has built an outstanding reputation across the Carolinas for delivering high-quality plumbing systems on commercial construction projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their Charlotte-area team.

• Manage multiple commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking and financial performance.
• Review plumbing drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Coordinate procurement of plumbing materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, vendors and field teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and project performance.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a commercial plumbing contractor.
• Proven experience delivering commercial plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, procurement and change orders.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Stable work history with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial plumbing projects.
