About the Role
This position will manage ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+, including industrial, large-scale commercial, higher education, and healthcare projects from preconstruction through project completion.

- Oversee projects including data centers, industrial, large-scale commercial, higher education, and healthcare
- Lead projects from preconstruction through project completion
- 2+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+
- Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare
- Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
