Backed by ambitious expansion plan this is a genuine opportunity to grow alongside the company, with a clear pathway to General Superintendent and beyond.

This isn’t a large, corporate-style firm - you’ll work directly with ownership and senior leadership in a collaborative, hands-on culture known for strong tenure and low turnover.

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial projects
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and trade partners to maintain schedule and quality
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and manpower planning
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance throughout constructi
• Communicate progress, risks, and schedule updates to project teams and clients
• Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and project records
• Mentor and support junior field staff

• 5+ years as a Superintendent or related field leadership role in construction
• Experience in commercial construction
• Comfortable managing projects up to $20M
• Based in or able to work consistently across the Charlotte Metro Area
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
