Site Superintendent - Data Center Construction

A leading national general contractor is delivering a major, multi-year data center project in the Charlotte area and is hiring a Site Superintendent to help lead the next phase of construction. This is a key on-site leadership role, effectively the number two on site.

What you will do:

• Direct the day to day coordination of trade partners and subcontractors to deliver quality work on the approved schedule
• Own and drive the project schedule, building and implementing contingency plans as needed
• Act as the primary safety representative in the field and uphold a safety first culture
• Lead contractor meetings, manage jobsite logistics, and oversee the quality plan and inspections
• Coach and mentor field engineers and support a positive, inclusive site team

What we are looking for:

• 4 to 8 years in a superintendent role on $15M or larger commercial or industrial projects
• A strong builder background in complex, fast-paced environments such as hospitals, manufacturing, industrial, or advanced facilities (data center experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• A hard-charging, solutions-focused approach with real presence among trades and owners
• Comfort owning a schedule and holding the completion date
• OSHA 30 and relevant safety certifications are a plus
