Specialising in occupied healthcare environments, hospital renovations and commercial interiors, you'll lead technically challenging projects where quality, safety and client communication are critical to success.

As Superintendent, you'll take full responsibility for delivering healthcare and commercial interior projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring every phase of construction is executed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while minimising disruption to occupied facilities.

As Superintendent, you will:

• Manage day-to-day site operations across healthcare and commercial interior projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform trades to maintain programme, productivity and quality.
• Lead daily planning meetings and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, infection control protocols and company safety standards.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists and project closeout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and trade partners.
• Coordinate construction activities within occupied healthcare environments while minimising disruption to daily operations.
• Identify and proactively resolve site issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget expectations,

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Proven experience delivering healthcare interior renovations or occupied healthcare projects.
• Strong background managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety best practices.
• Experience working within live healthcare environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
