Stoa Construction seeks a Project Manager to support large ground-up multifamily developments in the Carolinas. Based in Charlotte, you’ll travel to active sites 2–3 days a week, partner with Lead Superintendents, and drive schedule, budget, quality, and accountability from early site work through turnover.
The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Procore and MS-based systems.
