Solid Rock Recruiting is hiring on behalf of a top-tier commercial painting contractor in Charlotte, North Carolina – and we’re looking for a leader ready to take charge of complex Division 9 paint and coatings projects.
Relocation support is available for the right candidate!

• Manage commercial painting projects from planning through completion

• Coordinate with clients, GCs, vendors, and field crews to ensure quality execution

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and safety compliance

• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job scopes

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain job quality

• Lead field teams while fostering a positive, safety-first culture

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in commercial paint/coatings

• Strong knowledge of surface prep, product systems, and application techniques

• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and jobs simultaneously

• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Work with a well-established, respected paint contractor in a booming market
