Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 base

Projects range from $500K-$70M across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, public, office and retail. Work is delivered through Design-Build, CMAR, negotiated and hard bid procurement methods, providing excellent exposure across multiple project types and delivery methods.

- 2-5 years experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor
- Experience working across commercial construction projects
- Exposure to Design-Build, CMAR, negotiated and/or hard bid delivery methods preferred
- Looking to build a long-term career within project management
- Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression
