Modern Construction Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead contractor-side renovation, retrofit, and multi-trade projects. You will coach a small team, manage end-to-end field execution, and ensure schedules stay on track while coordinating subcontractors and trades across the US.
The role demands hands-on leadership, strong GC workflow knowledge, and experience managing $1M–$3M projects. Preferred PMP/OSHA 10 and CMMS familiarity with Procore, Fexa, and others.
