Senior Preconstruction Manager ($200K

A highly respected and established General Contractor in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead their preconstruction team and process — with a project focus on luxury hospitality, casino, and high-end commercial construction. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role driving the estimating process for ground-up projects that don't come around often: resort hotels, gaming and entertainment venues, and marquee commercial developments.

As the Preconstruction Leader, you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and project management to ensure bids are accurate, aligned with company goals, and built to win the kind of projects that define a career. With strong internal support and resources, this position plays a critical role in the continued growth of the organization.

• Lead and manage the preconstruction team through all phases of estimating for ground-up luxury hospitality, casino, and commercial projects
• Partner with senior leaders and PMs to develop precise, competitive bids on high-profile, high-complexity work
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and specialty subcontractors in the hospitality and gaming space
• Oversee both competitive and negotiated proposals across multiple concurrent projects
• Coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing estimating team

• 8+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Experience estimating luxury hospitality, casino/gaming, or high-end commercial projects strongly preferred
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lead client and pre-bid meetings
