This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Flooring Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Site Superintendent, Installation Manager, Construction Coordinator, or Project Coordinator.

• Supervise flooring installation and interior finish work across residential and multi-family job sites
• Conduct pre-installation jobsite inspections to ensure readiness and prevent delays
• Monitor daily jobsite operations and installation crews, ensuring quality and timelines are met
• Coordinate with installation crews, subcontractors, and builders to resolve issues quickly
• Track job progress, updates, and site photos using Company Cam and internal systems
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Scheduling, and Operations teams to maintain schedules
• Communicate clearly with builders, contractors, and internal teams on timelines and project needs
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges to maintain customer satisfaction
• Adjust priorities based on project demands and scheduling needs
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Experience in flooring installation, construction supervision, field operations, or project coordination
• 1+ years of experience in the flooring or construction industry preferred
• Knowledge of residential construction schedules and jobsite workflow
• Experience working with builders, contractors, or multi-family projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and deadlines
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Company Cam, RFMS, or construction management software is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
