GPAC is seeking a Senior Estimator - Site Development Construction to join a respected coastal Carolinas firm in North Carolina. This in-office, full-time role requires leading heavy civil estimates from takeoff through bid handoff and mentoring junior team members.
You will review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, develop pricing for labor, materials, and subcontractors, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate, competitive bids.
