Field Safety Representative - Charlotte, NC
Contract Charlotte , North Carolina Contract Aug 10, 2026
FDRsafety is seeking a Field Safety Representative for a 4-month commercial construction project with a large construction client near Charlotte, NC. This individual will be expected to work on a Monday-Friday, 5-10, dayshift schedule for the duration of the project. This role will be responsible for the development, execution, and enforcement of Health and Safety Policies and Programs on all project job sites.
Per diem is available for non-local candidates.
- Evaluate and update safety practices and procedures in adherence to changing legal and OSHA requirements
- Conduct special studies and investigations related to health and safety matters for the company
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures
- Bachelor's degree in health and safety, risk management, occupational safety or construction is strongly preferred
- 7+ Years of commercial construction experience as a safety professionalis required
- CHST (BCSP) certification is strongly preferred
- OSHA 510 Certification is strongly preferred
