Preconstruction Manager – Electrical Construction | Carolinas
Gryphon Oakwood are partnered with a leading electrical contractor to appoint a Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating, preconstruction and project pursuits across Commercial and Mission Critical markets.
Responsibilities- Lead estimating and preconstruction activities
- Manage and mentor Estimators
- Oversee bids, pricing, scope and project pursuits
- Build strong GC and client relationships
- Support business development and regional growth
- Collaborate with Operations through project handover
- 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
- Strong estimating and preconstruction background
- Proven leadership of estimating teams and major pursuits
- Experience across Commercial and Mission Critical projects
- Strong GC/client relationships preferred
- Degree or equivalent experience
