Superintendent towork alongside an established team on ahigh-profile commercial projectin Charlotte, NC. This hands-on role is ideal for a leader who takes ownership of thejob site, and delivers safe, high-quality results.

- Lead daily on-site construction operations
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
- Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
- OSHA 30
Certified preferred - 5+ years’ experience with Adaptive Reuseor Historic Renovation projects preferred
