Location:
North Carolina | Full-Time
A leading national construction contractor is looking to add an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman / Working Superintendent to their team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows asphalt paving inside and out and can lead a paving crew while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews on major infrastructure projects
- Coordinate daily paving operations, manpower, materials and equipment
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification
- Read and interpret plans, specifications and elevations
What they're looking for:
- 5+ years of asphalt paving experience
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Paving Foreman, General Foreman or Working Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of asphalt paving operations and equipment
