I'm working with a long-established, employee-owned General Contractor that's expanding its Charlotte, NC team. They're looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects.

Requirements- K-12 school experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to lead projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 100% employee-owned (ESOP)
- Established contractor with over 100 years of history
- Strong presence across the Southeast
- Average Employee tenure across 150 employees - 9+ years
- Been operating in Charlotte, NC for 25+ years
- Collaborative, team-first culture with excellent staff retention
- Up to $160k base salary (DOE)
- Up too 25% annual bonus
