Electrical Superintendent

A nationally recognized general contractor is hiring an Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up data center and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven field leader who thrives in high-performance environments where safety, schedule, and coordination are everything.

As the lead electrical superintendent, you’ll oversee every phase of on-site delivery—from mobilization through commissioning—on fast-paced, technically demanding builds. You’ll coordinate with trade partners, manage daily execution, and drive the field team to deliver operationally ready facilities under aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate field operations across trades, vendors, and internal teams to maintain progress and site safety
• Lead daily meetings, enforce schedule compliance, and implement quality assurance protocols
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of power, mechanical, and life-safety systems
• Serve as the primary site liaison for owners, consultants, and project leadership
• Mentor assistant supers and uphold high-performance expectations across the field team

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of field supervision experience on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP system integration, trade sequencing, and commissioning workflows
• Proven ability to manage fast-track, multi-phase schedules in excess of $100M
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)
• Willing to travel full-time for project-based assignments (per diem + housing provided)
