Position Overview
Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager to lead K-12 capital projects throughout the Southeast region, supporting program management, design, construction oversight, and operational support across multiple opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead assigned projects through procurement, design, construction, activation, closeout, and warranty.
- Coordinate project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project communications; serve as primary point of coordination.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, constraints, and potential impacts.
- Coordinate design reviews, permitting, procurement activities, and construction execution.
- Support management of contracts, pay applications, change orders, and project reporting.
- Coordinate with Program Controls regarding forecasting, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
- Facilitate coordination between district departments, consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Maintain project documentation, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.
- Support project activation, occupancy planning, turnover, and warranty coordination.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (education may be substituted for experience where permitted).
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- PMP or CCM certification.
- Owner representation, design & construction experience.

CompensationBase salary range: $95,000.00 to $, adjusted by location and qualifications.
