Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5–15+ years of experience within the heavy civil construction industry, with site development experience preferred
- Proven track record in estimating heavy civil/site development projects
- Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities and associated civil scopes
- Proficient with industry-standard estimating software and technology
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, with the ability to take ownership and influence project pursuits
