  • Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Track progress against schedules and resolve delays proactively.
  • Maintain daily logs, RFIs, photos, and reports using Procore or similar software.

  • Travel 80–100% of the time; must be willing to remain on-site for the full duration of each project.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of superintendent experience in retail construction, including ground-up builds and interior fit-outs.
  • Strong knowledge of civil scopes: earthwork, underground utilities, grading, concrete, and site layout.

  • Proficient in reading construction drawings, site plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Plan Grid, or similar project management tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with national retail brands (e.g., Dollar General, Starbucks, Auto Zone).
  • Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR certified.
