Project Field Assisistant - Pool Construction​/Hardscaping

Metro Greenscape, Inc. is hiring experienced, hands-on Project Field Assistants to support our Project Managers in our Charlotte, NC office. This position offers a career growth opportunity to Project Manager and reports to the Senior Project Manager. We don’t just build pools; we create transformative outdoor environments with our award-winning designs.

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day job site tasks
• Pick up and deliver materials to job sites
• Help maintain clean, organized job sites
  
  Support crews with light labor (planting, pavers, drainage, etc.)
• Communicate updates and take job site photos
• Ensure tools and materials are available on job sites as needed
• Maintain detailed daily logs of job site progress and incidents and take photos to assist the Project Managers.
• Perform basic tasks such as job site cleanup (sweeping, debris removal), light demolition, or assisting crews with specific installation.
• Assist with planning, opening/closing the job site, and coordinating job site preparation for final client walk-throughs.

• 2 years minimum of pool construction and hardscaping experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Ability to take photos on a cell phone and use a mobile application with training
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work some overtime

• $55K - $62K annual salary based on experience
