Creative Project Manager

Responsibilities

* Act as the primary liaison between creative services and internal stakeholders.

* Manage the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of all creative projects.

* Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time.

* Work closely with creative director and creative team members, along with cross-functional teams inside and outside of the Marketing department.

* Coordinate resources across design, copywriting, video, and other creative disciplines.

* Facilitate clear communication between creative teams and business partners.

* Track project progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

* Ensure quality standards are upheld across all creative outputs.

* Implement and refine project management processes to support scalability.

* Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.

* Contribute to building a strong, collaborative team culture that supports growth and innovation.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within creative services, marketing, or agency environments.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Lytho, , Jira) and familiarity with creative workflows.

* Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and adapt quickly to shifting demands.

* Experience building or refining processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

* Ability to maintain composure under pressure and keep teams motivated through tight deadlines.
