Associate Content Designer | Home Client Services

Red Ventures – Charlotte, NC. On-site, hybrid schedule with remote Fridays. This role is based in our South Charlotte, NC headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and works fully remotely on Fridays each week. Compensation range: $42K - $57K per year. • Write content and microcopy for landing pages, recommendation tools, product buy-flows, and more
• Develop copy about products and unique offers for paid media ads
• Use knowledge of product design and UX to inform content strategy
• Use data, research findings, and performance metrics to optimize existing site experiences
• Develop user research capabilities to help facilitate user testing that informs customer experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance content strategy, and propose solutions
• Think systematically to enhance content strategy, content libraries, and workflows for ease of use and efficiency
• Develop subject-matter expertise, understand user problems, business goals, how competitors solve them, and where gaps exist
• Balance user needs and business goals
• Collaborate with teammates, provide critique and feedback
• Be autonomous, take accountability, and own the details
• Explore and utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance creative ideation

• 1+ years of writing experience
• Writing samples or a portfolio
• Strong UX and digital content Principles
• Experience using data to iterate on digital experiences
• Strong communicator and collaborator who can bring strategy to life
• Team-oriented, coachable, motivated
• Ability to self-edit, manage priorities, and present work to stakeholders
• Open to feedback and collaboration to grow
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment with multiple projects
• Humor and willingness to participate in a collaborative culture
• Passion for your work and a positive attitude

Compensation

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary and/or target bonus. Equity may be offered where applicable. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

• Total Cash Compensation Range: $42,000 - $57,000 per year
