Overview:

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer that will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing various multimedia projects that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in design reviews, creative briefs, and team meetings to contribute ideas and improve processes.
  • Conceptualize and develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations that simplify complex financial topics and research for use in presentations, reports, and our website.
  • Design and produce digital content, such as social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and ad layouts.
  • Design and produce print-focused marketing materials, including brochures, quarterly reports, newsletters, white papers, and event signage.
  • Create and update high‑impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch books for financial advisors and leadership.
  • Help produce and edit long and short‑form video content suitable for distribution on various platforms.
  • Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms and manage our library of content and collateral.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of evolving digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Execute on project plans in Asana that provide a clear picture of work in process and support business objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or relevant area of study.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, UI/UX design, or related field.
Skills and

Competencies:
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar UI/UX tool is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital content creation across web, social, mobile, and email platforms.
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus.
  • Experience in project management (Asana) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels and across departments within the firm.
  • Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service‑oriented and able to multitask.

  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
