JobOverview:
We are looking for a Multimedia Designer that will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing various multimedia projects that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
Responsibilities:- Participate in design reviews, creative briefs, and team meetings to contribute ideas and improve processes.
- Conceptualize and develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations that simplify complex financial topics and research for use in presentations, reports, and our website.
- Design and produce digital content, such as social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and ad layouts.
- Design and produce print-focused marketing materials, including brochures, quarterly reports, newsletters, white papers, and event signage.
- Create and update high‑impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch books for financial advisors and leadership.
- Help produce and edit long and short‑form video content suitable for distribution on various platforms.
- Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms and manage our library of content and collateral.
- Maintain a keen understanding of evolving digital marketing and social media trends.
- Execute on project plans in Asana that provide a clear picture of work in process and support business objectives and outcomes.

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or relevant area of study.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, UI/UX design, or related field.
Competencies:
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar UI/UX tool is a plus.
- Experience with video editing platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital content creation across web, social, mobile, and email platforms.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
- Experience in project management (Asana) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels and across departments within the firm.
- Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service‑oriented and able to multitask.
