The Role:This is a contract, on-site role for a Videographer located in Charlotte, NC. As our in-house Videographer, you will be responsible for planning and shooting high-quality video content for our clients across a variety of industries. From social media reels to brand films, you'll play a key creative role in shaping the visual voice of our agency and the brands we represent.
The Videographer will be responsible for working with the executive team to handle end-to-end video production, including operating cameras, setting up lighting, and capturing high-quality footage. Additional responsibilities will include collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet creative and marketing objectives, managing video equipment, and assisting with post-production processes as needed.
You must be confident operating camera systems independently and occasionally conducting interviews in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:- Shoot high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and branded storytelling projects
- Operate professional camera equipment, lighting rigs, and audio gear on location and in studio settings
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards that serve client objectives
- Conduct and film on-camera interviews in both English and Spanish
- Organize and hand off footage in a clean, structured manner for post-production
- Stay current on video trends across both English and Spanish-speaking digital platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.)
- Assist with equipment maintenance and production logistics as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish & English): You must be fully fluent in both languages. You will be working with Spanish-speaking clients and creating content in both languages.
- Portfolio/Demo Reel: You MUST provide a link to your portfolio or demo reel in your application. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Proficiency in Video Production and Shooting Video
- Strong skills in Camera Operation and handling various Camera equipment
- Experience in Lighting and setting up proper visual aesthetics for video shoots
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in capturing high-quality video content
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a creative team
- A portfolio showcasing video projects and technical skills
