This role blends graphic design expertise with marketing execution, supporting initiatives across digital, print, email, social media, and internal communications. • Create compelling visual assets for campaigns, email, social media, web, and print, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all channels.

• Work closely with campaign managers, channel leads, and internal stakeholders to translate briefs into effective visual communications that support strategic goals.

• Manage creative workflows, asset libraries, and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and scalability of marketing output.

• Support internal communications and event marketing with presentation design and branded materials.
• Assist with light video editing, motion graphics, or animation for digital channels (as needed).
• Ensure all creative assets meet compliance standards and accessibility guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative marketing role, preferably in a fast‑paced or regulated industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CMS tools (e.g., Word Press, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and responsive design.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Experience designing for financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA compliance) in digital design.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and animation software.
• Ability to create assets for paid media (display ads, social ads) and optimize for performance.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and agile workflows.
• Comfort working in cross‑functional teams and adapting to evolving brand and campaign needs.
