Position OverviewCustomer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with customers, acting as the “face” of PLS. The CSR delivers superior customer service, educates customers on company products and services, and maintains quality standards while complying with all policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Accurately complete all transactions, including cash handling.
- Use the point‑of‑sale system to access information and process transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution.
- Help maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members.
- Perform other duties as instructed by management.
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred.
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong ethical foundation.
- Flexible schedule, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- English fluency required;
Spanish bilingual an asset.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance.
- Can work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
