Overview

Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide support on account inquiries and basic financial transactions
- Comply with verification procedures and financial regulations
- Record all interactions accurately in company systems
- Work with internal teams to resolve escalated matters
- Previous customer service or call center experience (financial background preferred)

Pay Rate: $21/hr (W2)
