Traveling Client Success Specialist Customer Service Charlotte, NC

Overview

If you are customer focused, resourceful and looking to start your career with an industry leader, Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Client Success Specialist to work with our Enterprise Account customers. Reynolds and Reynolds is a top provider of premium integrated computer solutions for automobile dealerships.

• Help customers make a smooth conversion to the Reynolds and Reynolds system, and provide training and customer support through the process.
• Provide on-site installation support to major dealerships in and out of your region, and travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Function as a consultant after implementation, ensuring customers use the software to its full potential.

This position requires you to successfully complete an intensive training program. Training includes classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses for in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge. You will be paired with mentors across the country to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
• Ability to travel (overnight with hotel stays) up to 80% of the time
