Service Advisor

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs accurately.
• Schedule service appointments and manage service orders efficiently.
• Explain recommended services and repairs to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
• Work closely with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and provide timely updates to customers.
• Manage customer interactions, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive service environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used in the service management system.
• Support dealership sales and marketing efforts by promoting service specials and maintenance plans.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in automotive service or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests effectively.
• Basic knowledge of automotive service and repairs is a plus.
