About the Role

Our Service Center is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our

team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).

In this role, you will support clients and financial professionals with

questions related to Group Retirement and

Variable Life Insurance products-many

influenced by financial market activity.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new information, and

working in a fast-paced, structured environment.

What You'll Do

+ Handle 50-60 inbound customer calls per day

+ Provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance to clients

+ Research and resolve account questions and complex inquiries

+ Navigate multiple systems including databases, workflow tools, company intranet, and administrative platforms

+ Perform basic calculations using online tools

+ Meet performance targets in Quality, Attendance, Productivity, and Adherence

+ Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and procedures

+ Cross-train into additional product lines based on business needs

What You'll Need

Required:

+ High School Diploma (or equivalent)

+ Previous customer service or call center experience

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone + chat)

+ Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems

+ Reliability and strong attendance history

+ Comfortable with a sedentary, high-volume call environment (sitting 80-85% of the day)

+ Ability to learn and retain detailed information quickly

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
