Licensed Financial Services Representative - Charlotte, NC

What You’ll Do

Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals.

Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details.

Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism.

Process requests and document interactions in internal systems.

Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time.

Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Be comfortable in a high‑volume call environment.
• Learn new concepts quickly and adapt to change.
• Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and systems.

• 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar).
• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort using multiple computer systems.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services or insurance.

Specialist:
Charlotte: $30,000 – $32,000

Senior Specialist:
Charlotte: $33,000 – $35,000

Base pay range represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
