TTEC is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Financial Services based onsite in Charlotte, NC to deliver white-glove online banking customer support for a premier asset and wealth management client. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits Base Compensation: $19.00 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities.
