Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Representative in Account Takeover Operations to support fraud detection and claims resolution. You will analyze customer interactions, authenticate customers, de-escalate issues, and decide on actions across multiple systems.
This role requires on-site work in Charlotte, initial 7-week training from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, followed by Tue–Fri 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST and Sat 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST, with potential extra hours as needed.
