Due to our continued success and record growth, we're expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience who has an exceptional phone presence, enjoys helping customers, and excels at building rapport and creating a positive first impression.

What You'll DoAnswer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.

Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and schedule home repair and improvement services.

Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day to keep jobs running smoothly.

Assist with administrative tasks, customer follow-up, and office support.

What We're Looking For Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
2–5 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, scheduling, or a customer-facing office role.

A friendly, confident personality with the ability to quickly build trust with customers.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
