• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and schedule home repair and improvement services.
• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, customer follow-up, and office support.

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, scheduling, or a customer-facing office role.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
