We’re hiring motivated Inbound Collections Representatives to support a major credit card portfolio. In this role, you’ll help customers navigate account questions while working collaboratively to resolve past-due balances — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

August 7, 2026
Training
Start Date:
August 10, 2026
Training schedules can be between 8:00am-8:00PM (8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8), depending on business need
Production runs 7 days a week. Schedules will vary with business needs, including evenings and weekends.
Work Setting:
Onsite at our Charlotte Call Center
- Connect with customers via inbound calls
- Resolve account inquiries and explain payment options
- Negotiate payment arrangements and secure commitments
- Carefully review account details to ensure accuracy
- Document conversations clearly and thoroughly
- Meet performance goals in quality, compliance, and recovery
- 1+ year of customer service, collections, or call center experience
- Strong attention to detail— you don’t miss the small stuff
- Confidentnegotiation skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- Genuineempathyand professionalism in sensitive conversations
- Ability to stay calm, positive, and goal-driven
High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
