Groundskeeper​/Porter (Part-Time) - Pringle Square

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times;
Remove trash from vacant apartments prior to the make-ready process and assist with storage areas;
Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process;
Change locks and ensure gates to pool areas operate according to codes and safety standards;
Distribute notices to residents and communicate necessary information; respond to resident questions and concerns;
Inform supervisors of hazards or potentially dangerous situations for residents and staff;
Demonstrate customer service by treating residents with respect and handling complaints about maintenance services;
Comply with safety and risk-management policies, attend safety meetings, and complete required OSHA trainings; report accidents promptly
