• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Assist customers with questions regarding company services
• Handle routine customer concerns and raise issues when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow up on customer requests when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs
• Follow established customer service procedures
• Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions
• Support related administrative activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
