Parking Attendant

The Parking Spot, a leading near-airport parking company, is seeking a friendly Parking Attendant to support our Transportation & Logistics operations. In this role, you will greet customers, assist with parking and luggage, issue tickets, handle payments, and direct traffic to ensure a smooth, safe flow in the lot. You'll coordinate with shuttle drivers, perform basic facility and equipment checks, and report issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing customers in a courteous, professional manner
• Guide vehicles to available parking spaces and manage lot organization
• Issue tickets, verify reservations, and assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Handle cash, credit card, and contactless payments accurately
• Assist customers with luggage and directions to shuttle pick-up areas
• Monitor lot and entry/exit points to ensure safety and security
• Perform basic facility checks and report maintenance or safety issues
• Communicate and coordinate with shuttle drivers and dispatch as needed
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and traffic flow standards
• Provide timely, solutions-focused customer support and resolve minor issues
