You Fit Gyms is seeking a Member Service Specialist to deliver an outstanding front-desk experience, greet members and guests, and manage smooth check-ins. You’ll answer questions, assist with account updates and payments, and help with retention efforts.
You will process transactions, enforce policies, and support opening/closing duties while maintaining a clean front area. Fluency in English, 18+ years old, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
