Customer Engagement Representative

We're looking for motivated Customer Engagement Representatives to join our team. This is an in-person role focused on creating positive interactions, answering questions, sharing information, and helping customers and community members have a great experience.

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for the people we interact with. You'll represent our team in a professional and approachable way while assisting with events, outreach activities, and customer-facing initiatives.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Starting conversations and engaging with customers and community members
• Answering questions and providing accurate information
• Assisting with promotional and outreach activities
• Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience
• Supporting team goals and daily activities
• Helping with event preparation and organization
• Learning new communication and leadership skills through hands-on experience

Previous customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or event experience can be helpful, but it isn't required. We provide paid training.
