Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and event activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating details, working with people, creating positive customer experiences, and contributing to successful events in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
- Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
- Present products and services clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
- Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
- Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, organized, and professional personality.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in events, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
