Location:AUSTIN, TX
PurposeThe purpose of the student position is to assist the team with call & ticket monitoring, compiling, and analyzing business process data required for successful operations and improvements at the UT Support Center, In Person services, ET service owners and campus partners.
Responsibilities- Assist with call and ticket monitoring through timely review of recorded phone calls and tickets.
- Assist team with weekly, monthly and end of fiscal year KPIs, reports and metrics.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- High School graduate
- Enrolled, or enrolled in the last consecutive semester in 6 or more credit hours
- Ability to work as part of a team and take the initiative to work independently to complete tasks.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Service Desk, call center and customer service business processes.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Undergraduate students:
Freshman
- Sophomore preferred. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to completion.
- Ability to analyze data and provide feedback for process improvement.
$15/hour
Working Conditions- Remote, Austin Texas
- Working 19 hours a week
- Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday;
Flexible between 7 am and 6 pm
