• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions within our CRM systems.

• Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows within the customer support services sector.

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring professional and empathetic communication at all times.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest cloud technology features.

• Contribute to team goals by meeting KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is essential for this role.

• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and cloud-based systems.

• Professional experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role.
