This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Certified Dental Assistant based in Charlotte, NC. The Certified Dental Assistant will work closely with dentists and patients to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Daily tasks include assisting dentists with dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking and developing X‑rays, maintaining patient records, and educating patients about oral hygiene practices. The role supports patient care by promoting a comfortable and efficient dental experience in a professional environment.

• Proficiency in Dental Care, Oral Care, and assisting in Dentistry procedures
• Experience with instrument sterilization and dental assisting
• Detail‑oriented and skilled in maintaining sterile and organized work environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience
• Certified Dental Assistant certification required
• Experience or training in dental radiography is preferred
• CPR certification is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
