This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Dental Assistant at our Charlotte, NC location. The Certified Dental Assistant will support the dentist in providing exceptional oral care to pediatric patients by assisting with dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing tools and equipment, and ensuring patient comfort at all times. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, educating children and their families about proper dental hygiene practices, and contributing to a positive and friendly environment in the clinic.

• Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care practices
• Hands‑on experience in Sterilization and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment
• Proven capability in Dental Assisting, including chairside assistance during procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members
• Certification as a Dental Assistant CDA and or DA II is required
• Radiology certification is required
• Nitrous Oxide Sedation certification is required
• CPR certification is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
